The benefits of yoga go beyond the physical. A regular yoga practice encourages mindfulness  as one flows through poses while focusing on the breath. We believe this practice can be beneficial to everyone, especially climbers.

North Wall hosts yoga classes for all skill levels. Climbers seeking to improve core strength, body awareness and flexible will be challenged just as much as seasoned yogis. We invite everyone to join us even if you have no previous experience doing Yoga! 

Meet the Instructor

Amanda Conner

Hi there! I am a Yoga instructor specializing in Hatha Yoga.  After my first yoga class four years ago, I fell in love with Yoga and haven't stopped practicing since!  I'm constantly seeking to diversify my practice because I believe in the importance of approaching instruction with a student mindset. This has led me to incorporate aspects of acro, aerial and hot yoga into my classes.


You can find me working in the alternative medicine department office at a Chiropractic office or researching holistic medicine practices when I'm not teaching yoga. I look forward to meeting you on a mat and practicing together soon!

Hatha Yoga

  • Tuesday: 7:00 - 8:00 PM

  • Thursday: 7:00 - 8:00 PM

  • Saturday: 10:00 - 11:00 AM


  • Members - Free

  • Nonmembers - $15 Day Pass* or Punch Card Entry​​

*Day Pass also Includes access to climbing and fitness areas
